FAQ

Questions and answers about branding, web design, and working with us.

How much does branding cost?

It depends on what you actually need, so we'd rather give you a real number on a call than a range that doesn't mean much out of context. Book a Free Brand Audit or a Discovery Call and we'll walk through your situation and give you a straight answer before you commit to anything.

How long does a project take?

Most brand projects wrap up in a few weeks, not months, and most websites take a bit longer depending on how many pages and moving parts are involved. We'll give you a specific timeline once we know the scope, and we'll tell you honestly if something's going to take longer than expected, the way we would for anyone we're actually working with.

Do you only work with businesses in Wilmington?

Wilmington is home base and where most of our clients are, but we've worked with businesses outside the area too. If you're not local, reach out and we'll let you know if it's a good fit.

What's actually included in the Start-Up Brand Kit?

It covers your logo, the visual system that supports it (colors, fonts, and the supporting assets that keep everything consistent), and a set of brand guidelines so it all stays that way after we hand it off. We'll walk through the exact scope on a call so you know precisely what you're getting before you commit to anything.

Do you build websites too, or just logos and branding?

Both. A lot of our clients start with a brand and come back for the website, since the two work best when they're built to match each other from the start. If you already have a brand and just need a site, that's fine too.

How many rounds of revisions do I get?

Every project includes a set number of revision rounds, and we'll spell out exactly how many in your proposal before we start. If you need more than that, we'll handle it, just as an added round rather than a surprise.

What if I don't know exactly what I want yet?

That's most people, honestly, and it's exactly what the Discovery Call is for. Bring whatever you have, even if it's just a feeling about what your business should look like, and we'll help you turn that into something concrete.

Do you work with churches and nonprofits, or just retail businesses?

Yes, and it's a meaningful part of the work we do. Ministries and nonprofits have boards to answer to, which is part of why our proposals (like the Start-Up Brand Kit) are built to be shared and approved by a group, not just one decision-maker.

How do I actually get started?

Book a Discovery Call or a Free Brand Audit through the Book a Call page. Both are a low-pressure way to find out if we're a good fit before anyone commits to anything.
